form\u00f3 un complejo \u00fanico de rocas volc\u00e1nicas en la parte norte de Sud\u00e1frica cuando las fuerzas tect\u00f3nicas de la tierra causaron una grieta en el centro de toda \u00c1frica. Esta grieta comenzaba en el Mar Rojo, atravesaba el este de \u00c1frica y Zimbabue hasta el norte de Pretoria y desaparec\u00eda bajo tierra.<\/p><p>Las rocas ricas en minerales derretidos se canalizaron hacia arriba bajo la enorme presi\u00f3n del n\u00facleo de la tierra y se filtraron en la grieta que se form\u00f3 por las fuerzas tect\u00f3nicas de la tierra. Despu\u00e9s de que la corteza terrestre se solidificara, apareci\u00f3 la superficie de un enorme lago s\u00f3lido, rodeado por los actuales Pilanesberg, Magaliesberg, Strydpoortberg y Soutpansberg.<\/p><p>Esta es el \u00e1rea en la que se encuentra Angasii Game Lodge. Se encuentra en la parte noroeste de esta \u00e1rea rica en minerales, que se considera una gran maravilla geol\u00f3gica del mundo y recibe el nombre de Complejo \u00cdgneo Bushveld que contribuye a nuestra topograf\u00eda.<\/p><p>Este complejo se extiende sobre unos 26 000 m\u00b2 y contiene lo que se cree que son las reservas m\u00e1s grandes del mundo del grupo de metales del platino. El mineral de platino siempre se asocia con n\u00edquel, cromo y especialmente hierro en cantidades considerables. Sud\u00e1frica es uno de los principales\u00a0<u>Mineros de platino<\/u>\u00a0en el mundo.<\/p><p>Cerca\u00a0<strong>Thabazimbi<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>la monta\u00f1a de hierro<\/em>) el mineral de hierro enriquecido tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan y la piedra de hierro resistente a la erosi\u00f3n provoc\u00f3 la formaci\u00f3n de dos cadenas monta\u00f1osas paralelas. Numerosas bandas de magnetita ocurren en las rocas del Complejo \u00cdgneo Bushveld y el mineral de hierro presente es principalmente magnetita. En Angasii Game Lodge, el polvo de magnetita negra es claramente visible en la superficie de los caminos de tierra y en el veld y se adhiere a la hoja magnetizada de una navaja de bolsillo.<\/p><p>Las fuertes fuerzas explosivas de la naturaleza no solo crean un paisaje \u00fanico con una mineralog\u00eda especial, sino que la flora de esta \u00e1rea es igualmente \u00fanica en Sud\u00e1frica.
